Description

So easy, so delish. This Chipotle Sauce will live in your repertoire for years to come. The uses are endless, even on cardboard. 😄


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro stems, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (from a can) chipotle in adobo sauce, chopped (see video on how to store canned chipotles)

  • Zest and juice of one lime
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Pinch of kosher salt (affiliate link) and fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 scallion, minced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the garlic and cilantro stems, to mini (or regular) food processor (affiliate link), blitz until minced.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients whiz until combined. Give it a taste, add a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate in a container, jar or bowl until ready to use.
